Our Story

Mama Mio® was founded in 2004 by four women who were frustrated by the lack of effective, natural skincare options during pregnancy. As new moms navigating the ups and downs of pregnancy skin, we found most products were ineffective or contained concerning ingredients we wanted to avoid.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we rolled up our sleeves, collaborated with formulators and dermatologists, and got to work creating our own collection of pregnancy skincare essentials.

It was important to us that these products not only protected and nourished skin, but also provided relief for common pregnancy discomforts. We meticulously selected gentle, hardworking natural ingredients like coconut oil, shea butter and avocado to pamper and soothe. And we left out harsh chemicals, synthetics and toxins for peace of mind.
